| Note | Myrmechis japonica (Reichenbach f.) Rolfe often occurs near Mitchella undulata Siebold & Zuccarini (Rubiaceae). Both flowers are small and very similar to each other. Due to these, it is relatively difficult to find native Myrmechis japonica in the dark forest. |
